I call this product  the TURRET because it reminds me of a tank turret but also because it’s function is to protect your computer , desk and lap from those inevitable spills from your coffee , soda , etc.
CNC machined from a 3 pound chunk of solid 6061 aluminum , floor is REAL carbon fiber , lasered designs and hardcoat anodized.
Bottom has a rubber racetrack made of silicone to keep it from sliding and also to prevent marring fine surfaces.
If you also expect to use this holder for sodas and water bottles which are smaller and taller than a coffee mug then consider adding the optional top reducer ring. It simply snaps in when not using the TURRET for coffee, to reduce the diameter for smaller bottles and cans. Installs and removes in seconds. CNC machined from solid Delrin.
